Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the bookirai.eu website and to the free-trial sign-up.

1. About the website. This site is run by Bookirai, Nina Damjanac. Contact: [email protected].
2. Content. The content is for information. The example conversations, properties and posts on the website are fictional and serve as illustration. The photos are illustrations.
3. Free trial. The first 3 properties get 30 days of the AI assistant with no monthly fee. We agree the exact terms in writing before the start, and after the trial you decide for yourself whether to continue.
4. Prices and contract. We agree the price after a call, based on your property and the services you choose. We conclude a service agreement and a data processing agreement before work starts.
5. AI assistant. The assistant always introduces itself as an AI. It does not send offers, confirm bookings or take payments; the property does that.
6. Liability. We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for damage arising from the use of informational content.
7. Copyright. Bookirai’s texts, design and logo may not be copied without permission.
8. Changes. We may change these terms. The version published on this page applies.
9. Governing law. The law of the Republic of Croatia applies.
