This page explains which data Bookirai processes when you visit bookirai.eu or send us a sign-up, why, and how long we keep it.

Our clients’ guest data
When you use our services, your guests’ WhatsApp messages and the data in the guide belong to you. For that data you are the controller, and Bookirai processes it only under the data processing agreement we sign before work starts.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, sign-up database and statistics) and Namecheap (e-mail mailbox), and for client services also Meta (WhatsApp) and Anthropic (AI replies). Some of them are based in the USA; data transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We measure visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to [email protected]; we reply within one month at the latest.
You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, [email protected].
